eLamb started out in 2007 as a management training company, focusing on creating and delivering training for the Hospitality and Hair and Beauty industries.
As our relationships strengthened with our customers, the demand for eLearning, assessment and online training grew, so we mixed it up and grew into a “blended” training partner for our customers, providing Bespoke eLearning, Off the Shelf Courses and a Learning Management System.
Success was instant, clients such as QHotels, Park Plaza, IHG, L’Oréal, Toni & Guy and Johnson & Johnson began working with us to deliver a blend of face to face and online training.
We have grown since those early days, authoring eLearning and delivering training via our Learning Management System (eLambLMS) in new industries, product manufacturing, local authorities, retailers, and house builders, to name just a few.
We must be doing something right as our very first customer is still with us today!

We understand a good eLearning course improves the chance of the learner remembering what they have been taught…it does not just “tick a box” to show training has been delivered.
These reports can be generated on an individual employee basis and by placing employees into any number of groups (such as physical location and department and team).
