Growing fear of Modern Slavery in Supply Chains

Companies are becoming much more active in raising awareness of Modern Slavery in supply chains.

Quintin Lake (Hult International Business School), and Cindy Berman (Head of knowledge and learning at the Ethical Trading Initiative) recently published a report that shows 77% of companies fear that Modern Slavery is in their supply chain.

As a result there is an increasing attention from HR and Senior Leaders to ensure employees are on the lookout for signs of modern slavery in supply chains.

In the first quarter of 2017 alone eLamb has received calls from companies such as Virgin Trains, EMR Recycling, Freeths, Cardno, Dart, Mitsubishi, Gowling, Lily Rose Care Group, O’Shea and many more to discuss how to raise awareness of Modern Slavery in supply chains.

eLamb are pleased to offer our expertise in the form of an excellent off the shelf Modern Slavery eLearning course ready for you to use today on your LMS system or ours; or you can benefit from our expertise in developing custom eLearning experiences specific to your policies, procedures and brand.
